Partner Joshua Cervantes Returns to CMDA
We are pleased to announced that Joshua J. Cervantes has returned to the Firm’s Kansas City office. Please join us in welcoming him back to CMDA.
Mr. Cervantes focuses his practice on insurance defense, municipal law, labor and employment law, and business law. Mr. Cervantes manages an active litigation docket and zealously represents his clients in all aspects of litigation, including in both state and federal courts.
His passion for the legal profession is seen in his strong work ethic and his immersion in and understanding of the complex personal, business, and legal issues of his clients. Clients rely on him to analyze their respective legal issues and develop an individualized strategic approach to representation based on each client’s immediate and long-term goals.
Mr. Cervantes is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, American Bar Association, Integrated Youth & Family Services, Hispanic National Bar Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City, and Hispanic Bar Association of Greater Kansas City. Further, he is a founding member of the University of Missouri-Kansas City Diverse Alumni Network and a founding member of the Mattie Rhodes Center Youth Leadership Academy.
