Firm Law Clerk Jonathan Wylie Sworn into the Michigan Bar
Congratulations to Jonathan D. Wylie who was sworn in as an attorney on November 9, 2020 during a virtual ceremony in Honorable Carla Testani’s courtroom in Wayne County Circuit Court. The swearing-in ceremony is a significant event in the life of a lawyer and signifies the day when years of hard work reach fruition.
Mr. Wylie joined CMDA as a law clerk in December 2019. He is highly intelligent and a quick study. He has worked on a variety of cases in different areas of law and always picks things up quickly. When he passed Michigan’s bar exam last month, we were delighted he accepted the Firm’s offer to continue his legal career at CMDA.
Mr. Wylie plans to focus his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, insurance defense, municipal law, and litigation. He received a Juris Doctor degree from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College in Political Science and Kinesiology in 2017.
He may be reached at (734) 261-2400 or jwylie@cmda-law.com.
