Barbara Moore Named Partner of the Firm
We are pleased to announce that Barbara M. Moore has been elected a partner at CMDA.
Chris Schultz, managing partner, explains, “Barbara is an outstanding leader who is dedicated to promoting our clients’ best interest, often under very difficult situations. She has done a tremendous job handling many complex and difficult matters. Lastly, she works extremely hard and maintains great relations with clients and staff. We welcome her to the Firm’s partnership.”
Ms. Moore works out of the CMDA’s Riverside, CA office and focuses her practice on public entity defense, insurance defense, personal injury, and litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as a civil litigation attorney where she was responsible for all litigation work, including drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
She is a member of the State Bar of California and received a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
