Michigan Condominium and Homeowners’ Associations may hire service vendors including contactors, accountants, consultants, attorneys, and property managers. CMDA attorneys prepare contracts for Associations to utilize when hiring potential service vendors. Additionally, we review and analyze potential contracts for inappropriate or illegal provisions.
