Overview
Gary Klein is an attorney in our Livonia office where he focuses his practice on business law, commercial litigation, and real estate law. He assists clients with commercial and residential landlord and tenant clients in all facets of non-litigation and litigation issues ranging from negotiating and drafting leases to eviction proceedings; counsels real estate brokers in pre-litigation and litigation matters; aids construction law clients in issues relating to negotiating contacts and filing appropriate lien documents to prosecuting lien claims; represents nationwide factoring companies in Circuit Court concerning the sale and transfer or future annuity payments; and handles general civil matters in District and Circuit Court. Additionally, he is an owner and hands-on operator of a small business in Northville.
Mr. Klein is a thorough and determined attorney who is dedicated to ethically, compassionately, and vigorously representing clients in courts throughout Michigan.
