Gary handles a wide range of matters, including breach of contract, fraud, conversion, construction litigation, easement enforcement, employment disputes, defamation, partition actions, quiet title, slander of title, and commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters. He provides strategic counsel in both litigation and non-litigation contexts, from drafting and negotiating agreements to pursuing and defending claims through trial.
