Jeffrey R. Clark is a senior partner in our Livonia office and member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.  He focuses his practice on municipal law, insurance defense, and litigation and appeals.  He maintains an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating an attorney can achieve for both ethical standards and legal ability.

Mr. Clark has extensive complex-litigation experience, including representing municipalities, professionals, and professional corporations.  He counsels and defends municipal clients in all aspects of municipal operations and devotes a substantial portion of his practice to planning and zoning issues for municipalities throughout the state.  Additionally, he successfully defends physicians, pharmacists, and other professionals in state and federal trial courts, courts of appeals, and the Supreme Court.
