Attorney Martin Vu Joins Firm’s Riverside Office

Please join us in welcoming Martin Vu to the Firm. He has joined CMDA as an attorney in the Firm’s Riverside office. He has practical experience in civil litigation, motion drafting, and courtroom appearance support with skills in client advocacy, legal research, and case management, and hands-on exposure to client intake, preparing motions, discovery, and supporting trial-ready cases. He is responsible for drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery requests, including but not limited to request for production, interrogatories, and depositions and assisting attorneys with courtroom preparation and hearing strategy, including organizing exhibits and preparing witnesses.

Additionally, he has over 20 years of utility operations and supervisory experience for Fortune 200 energy utility clients, training institutes, and government regulating bodies.

Mr. Vu received a Juris Doctor degree from Trinity International University Law School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Additionally, he obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the University of California, Irvine.
