Kristen Rewa Named Partner of the Firm

We are extremely pleased to announce that Kristen Rewa has been elected a partner at CMDA. Ms. Rewa is a key member of the Grand Rapids office, has won numerous motions for summary judgement, and is a very effective litigator and communicator. She joined CMDA in 2020 and focuses her practice on law enforcement defense and litigation, municipal law, employment and labor law, and insurance defense.
Christopher Schultz, managing partner of the Firm, explains, “Kristen represents what we strive CMDA to be. She is an excellent attorney, dedicated to her work, and has a great work ethic. She has made significant contributions to the operations of the Grand Rapids office, maintains excellent relations with Firm clients, and displays exceptional leadership qualities.”
Ms. Rewa obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in classical Greek and Latin from Grand Valley State University. She completed her legal studies at the University of Michigan School of Law in 2009. Outside of the Firm, Ms. Rewa volunteers as a Master Gardener through the Michigan State University Extension.
