Kevin Campbell Named Partner of the Firm
We are pleased to announce that Kevin J. Campbell has been elected a partner at CMDA. “Kevin is an outstanding attorney whose strong writing, persuasion, and oral advocacy skills have led him to have a track record of success when handling complex, high-stakes cases,” said Chris Schultz, managing partner. “He is transparent with clients on the status of their cases, pays meticulous attention to detail, and offers a strategic mindset to develop an effective approach for each unique case. Kevin is an asset to the Firm, and we welcome him to the CMDA’s partnership.”
Mr. Campbell joined the Firm in 2022. He focuses his practice on appellate law and insurance defense. He writes briefs for submission to all levels of state and federal courts, argues cases in both the state and federal courts of appeals, and performs research for all areas of law handled by the Firm.
He is familiar with the peculiarities of the appellate process and works closely with clients and litigators ensuring that proper legal objections are made and that evidence is correctly presented and preserved in the trial court record. His ability to perform innovative legal research enables him to tackle novel and complex issues. He has handled appeals in the Michigan Court of Appeals and United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
