Daniel Ferris Named Partner of the Firm
We are pleased to announce that Daniel W. Ferris has been elected a partner at CMDA.
“Daniel is an excellent attorney with strong leadership skills. Since joining CMDA last year, he has contributed to the growth of the Firm by acquiring sizeable new clients while providing outstanding legal services to CMDA’s existing clients,” said Chris Schultz, managing partner. “He is dedicated to promoting our clients’ best interests and provides great value to the Firm. Mr. Ferris joined the Firm in 2024. He focuses his practice on public entity defense, insurance defense, civil litigation, and education law. He manages cases from inception through trial, including preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and handling court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Additionally, he writes briefs for submission to all levels of state and federal courts and performs research and writing for all areas of law handled by the Firm.
Mr. Ferris received a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Riverside. He has been practicing law since 2017. He may be reached in our Riverside office at (951) 276-4420 or dferris@cmda-law.com.
