Daniel Ferris Named Partner of the Firm

We are pleased to announce that Daniel W. Ferris has been elected a partner at CMDA.

Mr. Ferris joined the Firm in 2024. He focuses his practice on public entity defense, insurance defense, civil litigation, and education law. He manages cases from inception through trial, including preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and handling court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Additionally, he writes briefs for submission to all levels of state and federal courts and performs research and writing for all areas of law handled by the Firm.
