Attorney Rachel Gardner Joins Firm’s Kansas City Office

Please join us in welcoming Attorney Rachel L. Gardner to the Firm. She recently passed the Missouri bar exam, and we are pleased that she has accepted the Firm’s offer to continue her legal career at CMDA after clerking in our Kansas City office for nearly two years.

She focuses her practice on municipal law, business law, and insurance defense. She writes briefs for submission to all levels of state and federal courts. Further, she performs research for all areas of law handled by the Firm, including identifying relevant legal issues, locating applicable laws and case precedents, and analyzing their implications for a specific case or situation. Her passion for the legal profession is seen in her strong work ethic and exceptional writing skills.

Ms. Gardner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
