Attorney Joins Kansas City Office

Please join us in welcoming Joseph Ramirez to the Firm. He has joined CMDA as an attorney in the Firm’s Kansas City office.

Mr. Ramirez focuses his practice on business law, municipal law, insurance defense, and litigation. He writes briefs for submission to all levels of state and federal courts, argues cases in all levels of state and federal courts of appeals, and performs research for all areas of law handled by the Firm.

He is a member of the State Bar of Missouri, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and Western District of Missouri. Mr. Ramirez received a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law in 2017. He also completed the Intense Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP) at Washburn University School of Law in 2017. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas’ William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications in 2014.
