Timothy S. Ferrand is an equity partner in our Clinton Township office where he concentrates his practice on municipal law, employment and labor law, insurance defense, and law enforcement defense and litigation.
Timothy S. Ferrand is an equity partner and member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He works out of our Clinton Township office and focuses his practice on municipal law, employment and labor law, insurance defense, and law enforcement defense and litigation. He maintains an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating an attorney can achieve for both ethical standards and legal ability.
Mr. Ferrand represents counties, cities, townships, villages, and governmental authorities throughout the State of Michigan on a variety of legal matters, including employment and labor issues, police and corrections liability, and governmental tort and constitutional liability.
As a skilled legal advisor, he counsels commissions and boards, municipal authorities, and the municipal owners and purchasers of water and wastewater services. Insight, borne from years of experience, has enabled his clients to avoid unnecessary litigation and to promptly resolve and litigate disputes where necessary.
