Jacklyn Pasquale Paletta

Overview

Jacklyn Paletta is the managing partner of the Firm’s Kansas City office. With more than a decade of experience in civil litigation, Jacklyn Paletta provides advice and counsel to a variety of business professionals. She is extremely adept negotiating disputes with an eye towards mitigating litigation costs. Whether employment, land-lord tenant, acquisitions or divestments and more, she aids her clients in drafting contracts and efficiently resolving controversies.

As a civil attorney, Mrs. Paletta has assisted insurance carriers, self-insured businesses, and individual business owners with a wide variety of legal needs including transactions, corporate matters, operations issues, and litigation.

In addition, she continues today as she began her career, defending clients against personal injury and other damages claims arising from trucking accidents, automobile accidents, slip and falls, and water and sewer damage to name a few.

As the need arises she also assists clients with family and probate matters, including divorce, custody, guardianship, wills, powers of attorney and more. Her team of attorneys, paralegals, and assistants support clients in Michigan, Missouri, Kansas and beyond.
