Robert J. Hahn is a partner in our Livonia office where he focuses his practice on business law, utility law, and litigation.
Mr. Hahn assists business clients with matters relating to corporate and commercial litigation, collection strategies, entity election, start-up issues, shareholder and owner relationships, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning. Further, he is experienced in workouts involving loan structures, payment restructuring, securitization of loans, and documentation of secured transactions.
