Acho Gets Lawsuit Dismissed

A former reserve officer in a metropolitan Detroit community and his wife filed a ten-count Complaint in Federal Court, alleging numerous civil and constitutional violations stemming from an arrest of the officer in 2007 on a possible Carrying a Concealed Weapon (CCW) violation.
