Clark Named one of America’s Top 100 Civil Defense Litigators

We are pleased to announce that Jeffrey R. Clark, a partner in our Livonia office, has been named one of America’s Top 100 Civil Defense Litigators® in Michigan for 2019. Selection to America’s Top 100 Civil Defense Litigators® is by invitation only and is reserved to identify the most exceptional Civil Defense Litigators throughout the nation.

Candidates are selected based on a broad array of criteria, including professional experience, litigation experience, significant case results, representative high stakes matters, peer reputation, and community impact. Less than one-half percent (0.5%) of active attorneys in the United States receive this honor.

Mr. Clark is a partner and member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on municipal law, insurance defense, and litigation and appeals. He maintains an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating an attorney can achieve for both ethical standards and legal ability.

He has extensive complex-litigation experience, including representing municipalities, professionals, and professional corporations. He counsels and defends municipal clients in all aspects of municipal operations and devotes a substantial portion of his practice to planning and zoning issues for municipalities throughout the state.
