Overview
Wayne T. Tomala is an attorney who works out of both our Livonia and Clinton Township office locations. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, business law, and real estate law. As an experienced litigator who has successfully tried hundreds of cases, he has a deep understanding of courtroom procedures and strategy. A tough but fair negotiator, Mr. Tomala possesses the skills and knowledge needed to effectively represent clients in the complex and challenging courtroom environment. Mr. Tomala is a strong advocate for his clients and is committed to delivering result-driven solutions.
Further, he performs research for all areas of law handled by the Firm, including identifying relevant legal issues, locating applicable laws and case precedents, and analyzing their implications for a specific case or situation.
Mr. Tomala received a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan.
He is actively involved in his community through his work as a volunteer wrestling coach at his local high school and the administrator of the local youth wrestling league.
