His experience includes assisting clients with implementing business entities, creating operating agreements for limited liability companies, shareholder agreements, handling all aspects of business and real estate contracts, and advising clients on both legal and business matters.

His experience includes assisting clients with implementing business entities, creating operating agreements for limited liability companies, shareholder agreements, handling all aspects of business and real estate contracts, and advising clients on both legal and business matters.

He has been licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida since 1990. Mr. Ghannam is also a licensed real estate broker in Michigan and operates his own real estate management company. He previously served as an adjunct professor at Clearly University were he taught courses related to labor law and employee relations; discrimination; and other labor-related matters.
