Overview
Sean P. FitzGerald is an Of Counsel attorney in our Livonia office where he focuses his practice on litigation, labor and employment law, education law, and insurance defense. He is a seasoned litigator, and clients depend on his thorough analysis of their legal issues and strategic approach to representation. He assists the Firm with writing briefs for submission to all levels of state and federal courts and performing research in all areas of law handled by the Firm.
Mr. FitzGerald was an attorney at CMDA from 1991-1997 and rejoined the Firm in 2023. From 2008-2019, Mr. FitzGerald served as General Counsel at Bowling Green State University. Prior to that, he served as Associate General Counsel at Wayne State University for 11 years.
