Joseph Wade Joins Kansas City Office

Please join us in welcoming Joseph Wade to the Firm. He has joined CMDA as an attorney in the Firm’s Kansas City office.

He focuses his practice on litigation, municipal law, and insurance defense. He is an experienced trial attorney who manages all phases of litigation, including the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through pre-trial, trial and settlement. Additionally, Mr. Wade writes briefs for submission to all levels of state and federal courts, argues cases in all levels of state and federal courts, and performs research for all areas of law handled by the Firm. His philosophy is simple. He strives to provide the same level of commitment, empathy, and respect to his clients as he would his family. Mr. Wade provides constant accessibility and straight-forward counsel in order for clients to make the best and most informed decisions.
