CMDA Hiring Litigation Attorney for KC Office

CMDA is looking to hire a civil litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years’ experience to assist in the growth and expansion of our Kansas City, Missouri office location.

Qualified candidates must be licensed in both Missouri and Kansas and have prior civil litigation experience.  No specific practice area/specialty/background is required, but some portable business that can be brought to the Firm is a plus.  You will assist with an active trial docket of both plaintiff and defense civil cases and have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases/projects, as well as participate in and handle jury/bench trials, depositions, motion and discovery practice, appellate practice, etc.
