Timothy Mulligan is an attorney in our Clinton Township office where he focuses his practice on municipal law and insurance defense.
An experienced litigator, Mr. Mulligan concentrates on research and writing in representing municipalities, employers, insureds and insurers. He was previously a research attorney for an appellate court where he drafted decisions in hundreds of cases, and over two dozen opinions he drafted became authoritative published opinions. He won summary relief for municipal clients in a case that case-evaluated for over $1 million, and won another seven figure subrogation case outright. Mr. Mulligan is a published legal author on tort reform and insurance law.
He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
