Overview
Joseph P. Wade is an attorney in our Kansas City office where he focuses his practice on litigation, municipal law, and insurance defense. He is an experienced trial attorney who manages all phases of litigation, including the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through pre-trial, trial and settlement. Additionally, he writes briefs for submission to all levels of state and federal courts, argues cases in all levels of state and federal courts, and performs research for all areas of law handled by the Firm.
His philosophy is simple. He strives to provide the same level of commitment, empathy, and respect to his clients as he would his family. Mr. Wade provides constant accessibility and straight-forward counsel in order for clients to make the best and most informed decisions.
He is a member of the State Bar of Missouri. Mr. Wade earned a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Illinois University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing from Rockhurst University.
