Overview
William J. Yochim, Jr. is an attorney in our Livonia office where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insurance litigation, real estate disputes, and general civil litigation related issues. He represents businesses and individuals in contract and shareholder disputes, insurance coverage disputes, landlord/tenant matters, and transactions involving buying/selling commercial properties and businesses. His extensive experience also includes representing private lenders in consumer litigation claims, including class actions, and real estate valuation disputes for properties involved in insurance litigation and tax foreclosure matters, including “wrongful trashout” cases.
Mr. Yochim has extensive experience in legal research and writing regarding state, federal and multi-jurisdictional issues. He is dedicated to obtaining the best results possible for his clients and is skilled successfully handling cases from pre-suit activities to drafting of pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.
He is appointed to act as an arbitrator and facilitator in commercial litigation cases.
