Sydney P. Vogelsang

Overview

Sydney Vogelsang is an associate attorney in CMDA Law’s Kansas City office, where she represents clients in municipal law, litigation, and real estate matters. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Kansas, Minnesota, and Missouri.

Ms. Vogelsang earned her J.D. from Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina. Before joining CMDA Law, she gained valuable courtroom and case-management experience at the Douglas County District Court, where she worked with matters involving domestic relations, civil litigation, and criminal proceedings. These experiences helped develop Ms. Vogelsang’s strong foundation in public-sector representation, litigation, and client-focused legal service.

Her litigation experience also includes work with a personal injury firm, where she assisted on matters including a case that resulted in a $12 million settlement. She also gained broad legal experience with a Topeka, Kansas law firm, supporting matters involving municipal law, estate planning, bankruptcy, and appeals.
