Overview
Karie L. Probst is an attorney in our Riverside office where she focuses her practice on civil litigation defense. She has decades of broad breadth experience defending public entities from inception through trial. Her litigation experience includes wrongful death, dangerous condition, premises liability, landlord tenant, real estate, and employment law, including wrongful termination, disability discrimination, and wage and hour. She has extensive experience handling a wide variety of complex litigation, including construction, inverse condemnation, and civil rights.
Ms. Probst received a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law (SCALE) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ecology with an emphasis on Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California Irvine.
