Anthony Monticciolo is an attorney in our Livonia office where he focuses his practice on insurance defense matters, including first-party auto no-fault, third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, and insurance fraud.

Prior to joining CMDA, he handled insurance defense matters at a Metro Detroit law firm. His experience also includes commercial insurance defense, municipal and governmental defense, as well as employment and labor law, commercial litigation, and community association/real estate law.

Mr. Monticciolo obtained a Bachelor of Science and Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2007; a Master’s degree in Finance from Walsh College in 2009; and a Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2012.
