The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Corporation, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau (CSCL) recently announced that 2018 annual reports for nonprofit corporations have been mailed to resident agents on record with the CSCL Corporations Division.
